OLD MARSHALL SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

A feasibility and preliminary programming and design study for the remodel of the “Old Marshall School”, built in 1902 in mid-town Sacramento, California for a new use as a housing project to serve US Veterans. Design considerations include adjacent new housing components, new site amenities, utility infrastructure, ADA and energy conservation upgrades within a structure that has a Historic Building status.
